Shared inventories

Sharing lets you give a partner read-only access to one of your catalogs. Shared inventories are separate catalogs—partners browse what you shared; they do not get write access to your inventory through this flow.

Sharing inventories overview

On the Sharing page you can:

  • Switch between My inventory (shares you created) and Shared with me
  • Share inventory to pick a partner and which inventory/catalog they may browse
  • Search existing shares by partner or catalog
  • Change or revoke access later

If you have not shared anything yet, the page shows an empty state. Start a share when you are ready to give a partner read-only access to one of your catalogs.

Read-only

Shared catalogs are for browsing. Do not expect partners to edit your items through sharing.
